Common questions
Can I switch tiers?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately at checkout. Downgrades and cancellations apply at the end of the current billing period — manage your subscription from your account.
What happens if I exceed my daily quota?
Requests beyond your daily quota return HTTP 429 with a Retry-After header until the quota window resets. Nothing is billed for overage — upgrade if you need more headroom.
What is your refund policy?
If the API doesn't work out within your first 14 days, email us and we'll refund the first invoice in full. After that, cancel anytime and keep access through the end of the paid period.
Is there a self-hosted option?
Not as a standard product. Enterprise customers with data-residency requirements can talk to us about dedicated deployments — contact sales.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes, on the Enterprise tier — pricing scales with committed request volume and seat count. Contact sales with your expected usage.
